More About our Specialized Training

The 1 on 1 Specialized Training program offers a personalized and comprehensive strategy to enhance athletic performance and attain individual fitness objectives. This program includes tailored performance training, football skill training, and personal training, all customized to meet clients' specific needs and goals. Access to Normatec Recovery Boots is also provided.



The program begins with Baseline Testing, involving evaluations like the 10 Yard Dash, Pro Agility, Broad and Vertical Jump, and Max Belt Squat Peak Power. Detailed plans and personalized recommendations are provided through email.


Performance Training:

This component aims to improve overall athletic capabilities and physical fitness. It includes strength and conditioning exercises, speed and agility drills, plyometric training, and cardiovascular conditioning. Clients work on enhancing strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, and flexibility with customized training programs. The focus is on optimizing performance in various sports by targeting explosiveness, speed, agility, and functional movements.


Wideout Training:

Tailored for football players, this aspect focuses on refining techniques, tactics, and skills crucial for success on the field. Specific drills are designed for wide receivers, concentrating on releases, route running, catching, and blocking. Athletes receive thorough guidance, feedback, and practice to enhance their proficiency. Situational training, game simulation drills, and strategy sessions are included to elevate decision-making, game awareness, and football intelligence.


High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

A cardiovascular exercise strategy that alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. These sessions typically last up to an hour and are known for their efficiency and effectiveness in improving cardiovascular health, burning fat, and enhancing endurance. 

Personal Training:

This segment delivers a customized approach to align with individual goals, preferences, and abilities. A personalized training plan is developed through close collaboration between the trainer and client. The plan covers diverse exercises like resistance training, cardiovascular workouts, flexibility training, and core strengthening. Ongoing support and motivation from the trainer ensure clients stay on course and achieve their desired fitness outcomes.
