Recovery Training, led by Julie Mackey, is designed to help athletes stay healthy, mobile, and focused. This training emphasizes flexibility, active recovery, mobility, and stress relief — the often-overlooked elements that are key to long-term performance. Through a combination of breath work, mobility drills, and recovery-focused movement, athletes learn how to reduce physical stress, improve movement quality, and support their overall well-being.
