More About our Assessment / Combine Prep
Our comprehensive assessment / combine prep includes the 10 Yard Dash, Pro Agility, Broad and Vertical Jump, and the Max Belt Squat Peak Power test. Each component is carefully chosen to provide a nuanced understanding of your athletic prowess, enabling our trainers to tailor recommendations that cater specifically to your strengths and areas for improvement.

Following your assessment, anticipate a thorough follow-up via email. One of our trainers deliver a detailed plan of attack, offering personalized recommendations to optimize your performance and propel you towards your fitness goals. This comprehensive roadmap ensures that you're equipped with the insights needed to excel in your athletic pursuits.

Assessments / combine prep takes place every 4 weeks and run Monday to Thursday. You can also choose to do an assessment any time with our Specialized (1 on 1) Training.

Please note that you only need to attend 1 group assessment during those 4 days.
