1:1 Coaching Program Includes:

1 Month Program

The service includes an initial phone call setup followed by a Zoom consultation to discuss goals and create a personalized plan. Clients will receive bi-weekly check-ins to track progress and adjust strategies as needed. Ongoing support is available through email, using my dedicated sports email, and via text support through an on-site chat system directed to me whenever possible. Each client will receive a custom nutrition plan tailored to their needs, along with personalized supplement recommendations to help optimize their performance and overall health.

6 Month Program

The coaching package begins with a phone call setup to get acquainted, followed by an initial Zoom consultation to dive into your goals and current routine. Clients will receive bi-weekly check-ins to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments. Ongoing support is available through email and text, ensuring you have direct access to guidance when you need it. Each client will receive a fully customized nutrition plan tailored to their needs, along with personalized supplement recommendations to support their goals. Additionally, the package includes three online coaching sessions via Zoom to provide in-depth guidance, accountability, and strategy adjustments throughout your journey.

12 Month Program

This coaching package starts with a setup phone call to connect and discuss your goals, followed by an initial Zoom consultation to establish a clear, personalized plan. Clients will have bi-weekly check-ins to track progress, address challenges, and make adjustments as needed. Continuous support is provided through email and text, giving you direct access for questions and guidance along the way. Each client will receive a custom nutrition plan designed around their individual needs, along with personalized supplement recommendations to help optimize health and performance. The package also includes monthly online coaching sessions via Zoom for deeper strategy sessions, accountability, and ongoing support.

  • Do you provide a meal plan?
    You do receive a meal plan, to help you better understand your lifestyle change. However, you have the freedom to create your own meals based on your personal preferences. I will help you plan and strategize on how to put everything together based on your needs.
  • What do I need?
    Coach Christian will let you know after your initial setup.
  • How often do we communicate?
    We communicate in multiple ways Initial Setup via Phone call. Weekly Support via Text/Email Bi Weekly check-ins via text Multiple Zoom Meetups (Depending on your program)
  • Do you do in-person coaching?
    For nutrition coaching NO. For sports performance YES. However if you ask me a nutrition related question in person I will gladly provide any information I have!
  • Do I have to meal prep?
    Not necessarily! Only if it will help you stay on track.
  • How is this different from every other diet I've tried?
    This is not a diet. It is a complete lifestyle transformation program that incorporates aspects of fitness, mobility, proper nutrition, emotional well-being, mindset, and habit development. The combination of these modalities result in reduced stress, less body fat, increased strength and mental resilience.
  • What are your qualifications?

  • What is the cost of the program?
    Pricing is based on which package you are interested in receiving. If you would like more information please call (630) 349-2581 so I can learn more about what your needs are and we can discuss how everything works.
  • Q: What is your cancelation policy?
    A: We ask that you please provide at least 12 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. Cancellation of appointments or failure to attend may attract a cancellation fee as follows: • Payment of 100% of the fee if less than 12 hours notice provided. It is not our aim to make profits from cancellation fees, rather to make sure those appointment times are kept available for others who need them, and in order that you respect your Performance Specialist’s time.
  • Q: How long do training sessions last?
    A: Training sessions last anywhere from 1 hour to an hour and a half depending on the session you choose.
  • Q: What should I bring with me to a session?
    A: We recommended the following for each session.   • Q: How do I book a session?
    A: To be able to book a session, you must make an account either through our website or the Wix Fit app. You can also click below to go to the booking calendar to see upcoming sessions.
  • Q: Do I need to be in sports to get training?
    A: Absolutely not! Schedule a consultation to get the best recommendations on what training session would fit best!
  • Q: How do I reschedule a session?
    A: To reschedule a session you must log in on the mobile app. Then go to your Upcoming Bookings Tab and click reschedule. You can also call our office at (630) 349-2581. Please note you have up until 12 hours prior to a session to reschedule.
  • Q: What are your packages and how do I purchase a package?
    A: We currently offer 3 packages! You can purchase from here Specialized Package Our Specialized Package which includes 12 sessions in a 1 on 1 atmosphere can be applied to any of the following future Specialized Trainings. 10% discount when purchasing this package.
