Led by Coach Pierre, our Team Speed program is built on one core principle: speed is a skill—and like any skill, it can be developed with the right training.
This program is designed to help athletes improve every aspect of their movement, including sprint mechanics, acceleration, max velocity, lateral speed, and agility. Each session is highly technique-focused, ensuring athletes not only work hard but move efficiently and effectively.
Athletes will be coached through detailed drills and progressions that translate directly to in-game performance, giving them a true competitive edge on the field or court.
Sessions also incorporate camp and showcase preparation, along with combine-style training that applies to athletes across all sports.
