Led by Coach Pierre, Team Speed is built on the principle that speed is a skill—and like any skill, it can be developed with the right training. The program helps athletes improve sprint mechanics, acceleration, max velocity, lateral speed, and agility, with each session highly technique-focused to ensure athletes move efficiently and effectively.

Athletes progress through drills that translate directly to in-game performance, giving them a competitive edge on the field or court. Sessions also include camp and showcase preparation, as well as combine-style training for athletes across all sports. No weightlifting is involved, so the focus is entirely on skill, speed, and athletic movement.
